How do we deliver?
Shipping for addresses in the US is done by FedEx/DHL. While all the other shipping such as APO/FPO, PO Box including USA APO/FPO, PO Box etc. are done by INDIA POST SPEED POST SERVICE.
International Deliveries: Where the International deliveries are made via FedEx/DHL, it may take up to 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch however the deliveries made through national posts of the respective countries such as APO/FPO, PO Box, it may take up to 10-15 business days from the date of dispatch.
National Deliveries: We deliver across India through most trusted and fast courier services. Deliveries made through FedEx and Blue Dart mat take up to 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch.
While placing your order please make sure to write any fine details you’d like mentioned in our notes section provided on the website. That ways we will make sure we follow exactly how you have directed us to make your order an easy and smooth process!
Once your order has been dispatched from our delivery point, an email or an SMS will be sent to you on the email address and mobile number provided by you under “Billing Address” section while placing the Order. You can track your order online by the Tracking ID number sent to you by us on your Mobile/Email ID.
You may also log on to your account on the website or use the “Track my Order” link on the website to track your order.
Sometimes we may not be in a position to deliver an order to a particular location due to the nature of the product, its availability or due to the service limitations of our courier and logistic partners. In such cases, you may receive the items (of a single order) at different points of time or through different courier partners. The status of all items within an order can be tracked online.
