Returns & Refunds Policy – USA
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 business days from the date of delivery of the concerned product only.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and send a condition report email immediately. The refund process will be initiated within 3-4 business days after inspection.
The buyer must inform us upon receipt of a damaged product by writing to support@z1kneebrace.com.
The buyer must ship the product back to the notified address in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, at their own cost after receiving our email consent.
Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will send the exchanged product.
Size exchanges for braces are not processed directly. If a customer buys the wrong size, they must return the product and place a new order for the correct size.
Returns for products Z1 K2, Z1 K4, and Z1 K6:
● If shipped through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), return labels will be provided free of cost by Amazon.
● If shipped through our India office, customers will bear all return shipping charges.
● No exchange, return, or refund will be entertained if the customer wants to return the product because they do not like it or it does not meet their expectations.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
● Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.
● Non-availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises.
● Refusal to accept products.
● Delivery to a place or person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer themselves.
● Force majeure events.
● If the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.
● All shipping charges and duties incidental to the return of the product shall be borne by the buyer. Z1 Knee Brace has no liability towards these charges.
